Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our teas are all available as loose leaf teas. Some are now available as tea sachets/tea bags we call “Tea Drops” (10 tea bags) or “Tea Droplets” (3 tea bags).

  • Our teas are prepared in small batches and packaged to order. With the exception of pick-up orders here at the Manor, most tea orders will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days. Special orders may need to be blended and tasted before sending.

  • You can buy a digital gift card that can be used online or in person. Due to previous scams, ddditional identity verification will be required before any order can be shipped.

  • Please schedule a Tea Tasting Experience or tea time visit for Tea in the Gardens/Parlour to try our teas.

  • As of 2025, we offer our teas for purchase at the White Rose Manor Bed & Breakfast, from our website, and from Just Around the Corner in Lincolnton, NC where we have a booth.
